Regarding sizing just read the reviews about the items, then u cant go wrong..ive never gotten a wrong size since folowing this method..and regarding postage timing it usedto take around over couple weeks but now i can get mines within 7 days which is fab! Regarding quality again always read the reviews becos that will give u a beter idea whether to buy or not..
